[NCUC-DISCUSS] Resigning from NCUC

I am still under contract with ISOC to manage their livestreams, til the
end of the year at least!

(I am also available for weddings, bar mitzvahs etc.)

It is just ISOC-NY I am passing along to a newer leadership.
