[NCUC-DISCUSS] Update on travel support selection process

Dear all

The travel support selection process for ICANN63 is ongoing in NCUC EC list.

The Chairs of NCSG and NPOC were asked to send advice, should they wish to
do so.

We are trying to finalize this process as soon as possible since visa
processes can take time
