Very excited about this and congratulations Collin, Michael and all the
fellows who were more directly involved. I guess the IGF is a very
important space to highlight and further develop the concept and the
procedures themselves.

I'd be very glad to volunteer to help you review it Collin, but I also
share James' concern about deploying it in the ePDP discussion as a pre IGF
pilot, even recognizing that both the opportunity and the idea sound
promising.
