[NCUC-DISCUSS] NCUC Agenda and Activities at ICANN 60

A slight change in the agenda:

We moved SSR meeting to NCSG because they were not available in the
morning.

We will have The Competition, Consumer Trust, and Consumer Choice Review
from 10.30 for about 20 minutes.
