Hi Wisdom
Just to contextualize this exchange: we are discussing a potential
input from NCUC in a number of GAC sessions - whether in the sessions
themselves or in the NCUC GAC session in ICANN60.
Whether there is a "head" of this effort or not, there are procedures
in place for production, approval and sharing of statements.
This is the point where this discussion is now. Any decision towards
procedures such as this goes through NCUC Chair and EC.
Best,
Renata
