[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination of Elsa Saade to NCUC Executive Committee

I support nominating Elsa Saade to the position of NCUC Executive Committee
Representative (Asia-Pacific region). We met at IGmena Summit and she have
a creative way not only to communicate her belives and wha she intend to do
but also to engage people around her.
