As some may know ITU is holding its World Telecommunication Development
Conference in Buenos Aires, Argentina, until the 20 October 2017. I am
resending here an email from Gus Rossi on a Joint Statement by Public
Knowledge, ARTICLE 19 and Access Now on some of the privacy policy
discussions taking place at the meeting. And the Joint Statement can be
