[NCUC-DISCUSS] support to the nomination of Michael Karanicolas for the NCUC EC NA seat

I’d also like to endorse this nomination of Michael Karanicolas for the NCUC EC NA seat.  

Michael has done great things in CCWG Accountability to improve transparency provisions at ICANN.
