[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nominating KRIS SEEBURN for NCUC Chair

Dear all,

I would like to take this opportunity to nominate our colleague KRIS
SEEBURN for the position of the NCUC Chair. Kris has been very active
within the IG, ICANN and Internet issues space engaging as an academic and
cs member. He has been professionally working as a Professor, Enterprise
Consultant, Internet Evangelist & Security Expert and brings a great deal
of knowledge and experience of security and privacy issues that are some of
the most pressing concerns across the Internet governance space. He will
prove to be a strong asset for the NCUC community. From my past
understanding, he has been making contributions in Africa, Europe and the
