[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination of David Cake for NCUC Chair

Folks, sorry for not regularly following NCUC affairs. Tsunami of tasks
here.

Did David accept his candidacy? I strongly support him and would add to
Wolf's "knowledge" and "wisdom" the accumulated experience, and the
proactive, qualified participation as an advocate of the non-profit,
non-commercial space within ICANN.

Go for it, mate!
