[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination of David Cake for NCUC Chair

Hi

I heartily second this, David has what London taxi drivers call The Knowledge when it comes to ICANN.  As Robin notes, he has years of experience in the trenches for us, including as chair of NCUC for a half year prior to me and also vice chair of the GNSO council, among many other things.  

I hope David accepts and we can have a competitive election between two nice candidates with different profiles.
