[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination of Bruna Santos for NCUC LAC

Dear all,

I would to support Bruna's nomination for LAC EC Seat. We had the
opportunity of spending a lot of time together in Valencia, at Internet
Freedom Festival (IFF), in March 2017. We joined NCUC's meeting in Valencia
-- organized by Renata Aquino and others -- and shared some critical
perspectives about civil society participation and the challenge of getting
more people involved with Internet Governance issues. I believe she is more
than prepared for the job.
