[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination of Bruna Santos for NCUC LAC

I hope this is not too late, I would love to support nomination of Bruna as
well.

I have met Bruna early this year in Copenhagen meeting also the other
events after the meeting. She is super impressive and we talked about her
works, also her involvement in youth projects. I think Bruna fits the most
for this role.
