[NCUC-DISCUSS] [Potential Session Proposal] Internet Freedom Festival 2018

Hello Ayden and all,

I was at IFF this year and also presenter for some sessions. I kinda love
the self-organised session we did, esp on introducing NCUC and how random
people can join, how newcomers can make impactful contribution for the IG.

I have gone through the proposal, one thing I want to remind is, from my
observations during IFF this year, better to make the topic/title short,
catchy and direct to the point; diversity of the presenter, direct impact
on the discussion. With this, possibility to get selected will be more
high. I'm not really good in writing and don't know how can make the
proposal better, but this is only my concern :)

thanks!

P.s I will be at IFF 2018 too, and submitting some proposal. Will share
soon!
