[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination for NCUC Chair - Renata Aquino Ribeiro

I strongly support the nomination of Renata as a Chair. I came to know
about NCUC in detail during conversations with her at inSIG 2016 and
ICANN57. She would be a great chair.
