[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination of Louise Marie Hurel for the European EC seat

I have had the privilege of working alongside Louise since the Copenhagen meeting as a part of the community onboarding programme. I have been greatly impressed by her drive and committment to the issues which we advocate for. I think we would be fortunate to have her representing us on the Executive Committee.
