[NCUC-DISCUSS] Meeting with CEO

The postponement of the DNS KSK rollover is an interesting issue, but to get a coherent discussion of it we should ask David Conrad, ICANN's CTO, or someone from his staff, not the board. The postponement was a staff decision.
