[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination of Louise Marie Hurel for the European EC seat

I'll also second Louise's nomination. An awarded, very talented young
researcher, who in spite of being very young has already left solid
contributions in the various and prestigious research institutions where
she build her experience. Louise also has an accurate global view of all
the relevant issues on our table.
