[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination of Bruna Santos for NCUC LAC

A pleasure to support and fully endorse Bruna's nomination. We met as
Fellows in Copenhagen, I was able to witness her strong wish to engage and
commit to the community, which started soon after with dynamism, energy and
solid knowledge. With a couple of preliminary contacts with local leaders,
she was able to push forward and help organize important activities in
JoBurg, she has also helped involve the community in national and regional
initiatives, and we keep constant contact and discussion over topics which
are relevant in the ICANN environment.

Bruna is also a leader and a true team player, which makes me sure her
contribution will be valuable in the EC.
