[NCUC-DISCUSS] Privacy issues within Fellowship Program

Dear all,

I want to point out an issue that is important to me: privacy.

Today the Fellowship Program sent out an email containing an attachment
with coaches' and fellows' private details: name, surname, home address
and phone number.

I see this as gross privacy violation.

I have not given my consent to share my personal details - I expect
every single person on the list to be asked for permission before doing
that. I expect to know exactly who these details will be shared with.

During this round, program has heavily relied on Facebook, Whatsapp
(owned by Facebook) and Google.

I am extremely frustrated by lack of basic privacy awareness within the
Fellowship Program.

I will follow up with TTF to propose an online privacy workshop for
those in charge of the Program, together with the request to review
tools and how fellows' information can be stored and handled in a secure
way.

Follow up is needed:

ICANN60 Certificates - Attached is an Excel sheet, which I would like
you to fill in with your correct address, also make sure your phone
number is there (as sometimes we need to call you to deliver your
certificate). Please, include in the last column the way how you would
like to certificate to be sent – it is via DHL or FEDEX or you prefer an
electronic copy (which is the most preferable for us as well). Please,
send me back with filled CORRECT data in order to receive your ICANN60
Certificates (if your name, surname, address and phone are listed
correctly in the attached file, just sent me a note, stating that all
data is correct and only add the delivery option). Please, send back all
your data to me via e-mail by Friday, November 10th the latest.
