[NCUC-DISCUSS] Middle East and Adjoining Countries Group at NCUC

Thank you for adding Turkey, that was my oversight. I have seen tweets
asserting that I ( personally) did not include Israel in this group. I took
the membership list of the MEAC group ( Middle East and Adjoining Countries
which said 22 Arab Countries and the three other countries). Israel was not
in the list.   As you see there was oversight by me not to include Turkey
either. So I might have used an old list. Of course members from Israel are
welcome to join. And any other country that MEAC does not include but it
sees itself fitting the Middle East region.
