[NCUC-DISCUSS] Checked-in members, please vote

Dear all,

Those who had checked in for the NCUC's previous election in December 2016
should by now have received ballots to vote for the NCUC NA
representative on EC. Note that due to the urgency of this election we have
not carried out a new Check-in process. Therefore if you have joined NCUC
after December or did not Check-in for NCUC elections in December 2016, you
would not receive a ballot. (A check-in process will be held for the main
election by the end of the year)

I encourage all those who received a ballot to vote, to participate in this
election. You have until 03 May 2359 UTC to cast your votes.
