Hi Bill

Thanks for asking about the .FEEDBACK issue presentation on intersessional.
I do not remember any particular participant addressing this issue.
The theme was presented but it went along almost as a backdrop of the
contractual compliance debate which happened right after and gathered
a lot more attention.
