[NCUC-DISCUSS] NCUC workshop accepted at IGF

+1 Ayden.

I'm not sure what the advantage would be to picking someone randomly, as
opposed to making an informed decision based on criteria: ability to attend
IGF otherwise, level of participation in NCUC, capacity to contribute to
the session, diversity, etc.

If there are thoughts about how the criteria for selection should be
structured or prioritized, I think that would be very a welcome discussion,
but I definitely do not support abandoning the idea of having selection
criteria entirely and making a random choice, even for just 1 of the 3
slots.
