[NCUC-DISCUSS] NCUC workshop accepted at IGF

Congratulations to NCUC & those who worked on the proposal.
We (myself & other members of NCUC) also submitted a proposal which has
been accepted too!
It is great to see that our community will be out in numbers at the
upcoming IGF.
I like Arsene's point on booth leaders as a consideration for EC on travel
support. Very critical element.
