I would like to suggest that at least one of those 3 spaces to travel to the IGF should be randomly assigned in order to allow the participation of those who have not participated before.

One of the IGF workshop proposals was accepted to be held at IGF 2017.

We can discuss about its further development in the future. NCUC has received three travel slots by ICANN to attend this event. The EC will issue a call for the travel slots in the future closer to the event.
