[NCUC-DISCUSS] Announcement of EC Decision about the NCUC NomCom Delegee

I agree with Seun, this is one of those rare opportunities where we had two
outstanding individuals, both with unique advantages. Congratulations
Anriette, the NomCom will be lucky to have you. And thank you Ines for your
continued work and all that you do for the NCUC.
