[NCUC-DISCUSS] Announcement of EC Decision about the NCUC NomCom Delegee

Thank you to the NCUC EC for their confidence and to those who expressed
support or congratulations.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Ines at the recent NCUC
outreach in Johannesburg and it felt really good to be one of two
candidates from Africa (one from the far North of the continent and one
from the far South :).
