[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomcom

Generally I would say yes, but I think it is a good idea for the 
candidates to answer the questions first, since I a sure we are likely 
to get into a vigorous group  discussion and the purpose of this is to 
hear what the candidates might have as answers...Can we wait for this 
discussion?
