[NCUC-DISCUSS] A problem in registration form for ICANN60 Abu Dhabi

It is indeed irrelevant for the purpose of a public event registration.
What might be relevant is how people want to be addressed in
correspondence or in panels. It would therefore be sufficient to add a
field with "Mr"/"Mrs"/"Dr", etc.
