[NCUC-DISCUSS] Vote for the final logo

Actually I created a bot to vote multiple times (kidding - please don't do
that!).

I just wanted to say that I prefer the logo where it appears that many
voices are joined into one common point, and I do think that our logo
should not mimic ICANN's :)
