Hi folks

Thanks for the interest. It is very nice to know NCUC members are
interested in outreach initiatives.

I'll reinforce once more the following points

* Outreach initiatives - any idea you may have to help bring in new
members to NCUC

* Is there a deadline?
This form will be available continuously and will be integrated with
NCUC website. the EC will respond to ideas received in up to 15
business days.
If you have an idea, send it. You'll at least get a feedback to
improve it and send a renewed proposal.

* Is there funding?
NCUC does not have funding dedicated to outreach but the EC can
suggest ways to try and get funding for your initiative. If you want
to suggest initiatives which do not need funding (webconferences or
blog posts), you're welcome to

Last, but not least

* Let's test this!
Without a few ideas jotted down on the form, we won't know if this
will work, so help us improve outreach communication and others in
NCUC.
