This is fantastically well written and judicious letter.
I hope everyone can get behind it quickly.
There is one minor error: you say “as a registrar which exists in the public interest…”
PIR is a registry, not a registrar.

Greetings, all-

I have drafted a letter for the NCUC to consider sending to the Public Interest Registry concerning the Systemic Copyright Infringement Alternative Dispute Resolution Policy, which - at least for now - is no longer being implemented.
