Yes it’s hard not to notice, has been debated at length (last year too), and people are trying to do outreach bilaterally and multilaterally. More is needed, perhaps more targeted approaches, and if anyone has non-obvious suggestions for me to pass along please do.  And of course, if anyone knows of good people who might be interested, please encourage them to consider it and to be in touch with me or other NC members if they have questions.
