[NCUC-DISCUSS] [UPDATE] NCUC Procedural Task Force

Hello,

It has come to my attention that my email manager has not ben sending out
my updates to the list. I wanted to send a quick update to remind the list
that the next task force meeting has been moved to *March 7, 2017, at 13.00
UTC * due to mitigating circumstances. I will make sure that the following
update emails do not get stuck in my outbox.
