[NCUC-DISCUSS] [Call for applications] NCUC Buddy/Mentor Program

Dear Thato

Applications will be taking on a rolling basis, there is not really a
hard deadline

We are on "soft launch" of the program until the end of december,
first batch of activities by mid-January

And we hope to continue engaging our members in this informal learning
network experience doing future announcements
