Hi everyone

Yes, you can send the applications directly to chair at ncuc.org and
maryam.bakoshi at icann.org

The EC will not review your application.

This program was approved by EC but anyone who fits the requirements can
apply, you are not going through an EC selection. Our ICANN Staff support
is noting applicants and we hope to accomodate all. EC has an oversight
function in this program only.
