Vert good thinking. Just to inform this IGF DRC has started since a month ago IG school training with young igf drc. The next stage Will be in 4 universities in Kinshasa. The training Will be extend by mooc and whatsapp for reaching a wide actors in country.

I am also in the final stages of helping setting up Tanzania School of Internet Governance (TzSIG).
This comes in the wake of my successful ICANN Outreach initiatives in Tanzania in the last two years.

With the support of ICANN, ICANNWiki, TzNIC, dotAfrica amongst others, we shall be holding a 3 day Internet Governance event at the University of Dodoma (18-20th September).
