[NCUC-DISCUSS] NCUC LAC Call - Onboarding and Choose the theme!

Thank you Renata. I would like to propose a debate about the real civil society participating on Icann issues. Most of the times we see technical or academic or professional people at NCUC but there is a user only people here? How to create awareness for citizens and the importance of this issues?
