[NCUC-DISCUSS] Public Comment Open for NCUC Bylaws!

All,

Public comment period for NCUC Bylaws is now open.

This is great since we are moving forward and hopefully by the end of the
year if not sooner we will get our bylaws approved!

I thank the previous and current leadership for working towards changing
our bylaws so diligently.
