[NCUC-DISCUSS] Book launch by Youth Observatory w/ NCUC members

Hi Ayden!

The call for articles was run from december 21st (2016) until February 5th
(2017) and the announcement of the 19 selected articles was published in
March 10th!

As for the articles, we have received 35 from 9 different countries and in
the end there were 19 selected ones from 4 countries ( Argentina, Colômbia,
Brazil and Mexico).

If anyone from the Youth Observatory is reads this, feel free to correct
any inconsistency!
