[NCUC-DISCUSS] Apply now for ICANN meeting

This is very unfortunate that Farzaneh cannot make this meeting. Her input
is extremely valuable.

I am hoping that the current visa issues that people are facing will be
resolved in the near future.

We will sure miss you FARZ!
