Hello Arsene
Thank you. The resolution to this problem is to get rid of the notion of
sovereign states and their monopoly over borders. But since that might not
be achievable so soon, we could work on remote participation and have
better remote participation in place. Tatiana and I from EC cannot make it,
so we will arrange a virtual hub with members who are interested and attend
some of the meetings remotely. I will send more information later about
this.
