Hi James,

Renata is busy with some events today, so I just provide you with a
response. We cover the travelers costs from our CROPP funding (probably
around 400 USD of remaining funds) and NCUC will provide the add to this
from its own funding. NCUC has allocated 4000 USD per meeting to support
travelers to attend ICANN meetings. We have decided for this meeting to put
aside 2000 USD to cover the cost of travelers (hotel accommodation mainly)
to be able to attend the NCUC outreach and run the outreach and up to 2000
USD to take on supported travelers to be part of the mentor/mentee program
which we set up last time. We are looking for sponsors for the event so
some other funding might be also added. At a later stage, I will update
the members about our expenses and sponsorship regarding this event.

Best

Farzaneh
