Hi
Agree there. Members are vetted when they apply to join.If there is inactivity
could be also they are waiting for a time when it is safe to participate.Kicking
those out would hurt transparency too.

Hi,
Part of the reason there is a differentiation in NCSG between active and
non active, is so majorities and super majorities are possible. When
half the membership is unresponsive it becomes hard to get anything done
in a vote that requires a percentage of the membership. Perhaps if NCUC
can build on that existing NCSG classification it will help.
I also see little purpose in kicking members out unless you have
specific reason beyond inactivity.
