Hi Rafik
Thanks for the notice.

I was thinking that there should be a sync between terms and qualification
of seats. In some cases you simply mentioned currently held and was not
specific if such a person is eligible and in others you were specific to
mention the seat is vacant while others have term limitation.

For some of us, its ambiguous and will appreciate if consistency could be
applied therein, so as to enable members simply know who is eligible for
second term or not rather than reinventing the wheel.

For instance, I am much aware of your current position, the way it was
presented, does it mean you are not going for a second term?
