Dear All,

I would like to nominate Farzaneh Badii for NCUC Chair.

Farzaneh has a wealth of experience within NCUC and across a number of
ICANN working groups, including among others, serving as penholder in the
current revision of NCUC's bylaws and as co-rapporteur of the SO/AC
accountability subgroup in CCWG-ACCT WS2. She has in-depth knowledge of
both policy development processes and administrative procedures at ICANN,
which she frequently shares to help newer members. Moreover, Farzaneh has
been an outstanding European representative on the NCUC Executive
Committee, demonstrating dedication and a commitment to transparency by
sending regular updates to members and by effectively engaging in outreach.

I am confident that Farzaneh has the knowledge, experience, and commitment
to NCUC to serve as an excellent Chair and am happy to give her my full
support.

Best wishes,

Rachel Pollack
