Hi everyone,

NCUC EC decided to allocate the travel slots for Hyderabad meeting to:

1.      James Njoroge Gitau
2.      Raoul Plommer

as they are supported by NCUC, they are requested to report their involvement in sessions and discussions at Hyderabad meeting with the membership. They are  also expected to support NCUC activities there.

Two ICANN travel slots for Hyderabad have become available just now. Since it is very late, we can only ask those who have visas for India or are locals to apply for the travel slots.

Please apply within 24 hours. The executive committee will announce its decision the next day 20th October.

In your application, please indicate your involvement with NCUC, working groups you are involved with, which sessions  the ICANN meeting you are going to contribute to,  and how you will support NCUC activities there.
