Thanks Mamadou,

This statement was written by us (class of 2016) at the African School on Internet Governance which ended last week in Durban.

Should anyone has a question or a comment, i am available to provide details.

This was done as a practicum where groups were formed representing the different stakeholder groups recognised in the IGF ecosystem (civil society, gov, business, tech community, medis, etc).
