[NCUC-DISCUSS] Proposals for Rightscon

I am caught in between Proposal 2 and Proposal 3 except I get better
understanding of the topics.

Advocating for ICANN multi-stakeholder model to other Internet Governance
platforms would be an exhilarating discussion to have.

While the conversation of ICANN in the process of implementing some of her
policies and agreement could become a content regulator is also very
interesting. There is high probability that some point almost become a
content regulator.

Just my thoughts.
